Drop-In Child Watch

Our center offers onsite, drop-in child watch, giving parents peace of mind while they receive care, learn, or simply breathe. In our safe and nurturing space, children can play, explore, and feel valued—allowing parents to return refreshed, supported, and re-energized for their sacred calling of raising the next generation.

Classes + Support Groups

All of our Guiding Star Centers are required to provide educational classes and support groups for mothers and their families in their local community.

• Intro to Womanhood: Educational workshop designed for girls ages 9-12 and their mothers (or trusted adult) to help them understand and embrace their natural female bodies.
• Modern Womanhood: Educational workshop designed for teens ages 13+ with/without their mothers (or a trusted adult), young single woman, and couples (separated from teens), to help them understand and embrace their natural fertility.
• Built for Birth: Educational workshop for pregnant women and their supporters to help prepare them for what to expect during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum care.
• Breast Beginnings: Educational workshop for pregnant women (ideally in their 2nd or third trimester) and their supporters with a focus on breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and newborn basics.
• Thriving in Motherhood: Educational workshop for mothers in any stage of motherhood designed to help equip them with the mindset and skills for family success.
• Preparing for Menopause: Educational workshop for women ages 35+ to help them gracefully navigate the changes of their female cycle
